Instruction  
    Measuring the semantic similarity between GO pairs.
       Input:
    (i) GO type to use;
    (ii) the method to use;
    (iii) names of two GO terms in Gene Ontology.
       output:
    (i) Numerical similarity value of two GO terms.
    Measuring the semantic similarity of GO term pairs list.
       Input:
    (i) GO type to use;
    (ii) the method to use;
    (iv) tab-spaced text file of GO pairs list; Sample here!(CC term pairs)
    (v) name of the result;
    (vi) email address.
       output:
    (i) tab-spaced similarity text file of the GO term pairs list. Example here!
    Measuring the functional similarity between two gene products.
       Input:
    (i) GO type to use;
    (ii) The method to use;
    (iii) The species that the two gene products belong to.
    (iv) Names of two gene products in UniProt.
       output:
    (i) Numerical similarity value of two gene products.
